Notification Timeline Heading link
Initial notifications for Summer 2025 will be emailed to all applicants at their UIC emails starting March 17th. If awardees are not able to meet all eligibility requirements, waitlisted applicants will be selected on an ongoing basis.
After applying, students should register for summer courses once their time ticket opens. If waitlisted, we recommend remaining registered for courses in case you are selected later. If you are not selected and no longer want to take courses, you can change your schedule without penalty by dropping courses before the add/drop deadline to avoid unwanted charges.
For students who have applied and have questions about their award or the waitlist should consult the Frequently Asked Questions on the Post-Award Information page.
